Read the Letter, it's NOT JUNK MAIL

If you receive a letter from me stating that I've opened an estate, do not discard this letter. The letter is most likely accompanied by a hearing notice and court order. The reason that I sent you the letter is that my evaluations have determined that you may receive an inheritance that otherwise you are going to lose. The loss might be caused by a foreclosure, or a Medicaid lien on the property, or maybe another reason; however, it is imperative for you to contact me if you receive this letter, so that we can work together to preserve your inheritance.
